The Hatha Yoga practice employs a sequence of classical Hatha Asanas (postures) designed to promote longevity, and overall well being. In addition to Asana, the Hatha practice also incorporates Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Mantra and Dharana. Hatha Yoga is practiced in a radiantly heated environment.
Yin Yoga employs long Hatha-based posture holds structured to work the deeper tissues of the ligaments, joints, and fascial networks. Paced slowly, with great attention to breath, yielding, and allowing, the level of intensity in a Yin practice is wholly up to the practitioner. Like the Hatha practice, a Yin practice also incorporates Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Mantra and Dharana. Yin Yoga is practiced in a cool environment.
The Pranayama practice focuses wholly on increasing life force and the expansion and control of life force through purification techniques and breathing exercises that invigorate, enhance, and accelerate the revitalizing processes in the body. The practitioner of Pranayama will explore basic breathing methods, classical pranayamas, retention, ratio and timing of breath, as well as how to combine these elements for greater effect according to tantric tradition.
The Yoga Therapy practice is designed to address the specific physical or emotional needs of the practitioner. The postures selected for practice are chosen based on a practitioner's pre-existing condition, rehabilitative efforts, physical limitations, sports injuries, or fitness goals. This practice may also incorporate, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Mantra, Dharana, Marma Point and Healing Bowl Sound Therapy.
ATMAN's Integrated Pelvic Floor Therapy is tailored to the specific needs of an individual and draws upon the myriad of yogic techniques that have proven themselves effective for thousands of years, many of which form the basis of modern Pelvic Floor Therapy.

Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that detoxify the body, build strength, increase flexibility, and develop discipline of the mind, body and ultimately, the spirit. Bikram Yoga stems from the Ghosh Lineage of Hatha Yoga and is known as the original hot yoga. Bikram Yoga is practiced in a radiantly heated environment.
The Yoga for 2 practice is structured to address the specific needs of partners, friends, colleagues, family members or any pairing of individuals. By creating a support system for each other's practice, it provides the opportunity for deeper communication and greater commitment to each other's well-being. Individual and shared needs determine the direction of this Hatha-based practice.
All ATMAN services are private and one-to-one. Yoga Practices are available by appointment only. Appointments are available daily from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. In accordance with the CDC guidelines, ATMAN maintains a safe and hygienic environment. If you are experiencing difficult health challenges, please consult with your medical doctor to make sure that practicing yoga is right for you. ATMAN accepts Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
ATMAN understands that life happens, and appointments sometimes must be canceled.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify ATMAN at least 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling will be based on availability.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a late cancellation fee that is equal to 50% of the scheduled practice or service.
No show appointments will be charged 100%. Rescheduling will be based on availability and require a 50% deposit.
